AYF 1070™

AYF 1070™ yeast nutrient is intended for use in beverage alcohol fermentations. It contains a proprietary blend of inorganic nitrogen, organic nitrogen and trace minerals to provide yeast balanced nutrients for growth and reproduction. AYF 1070 yeast nutrient increases budding and maintains yeast in their rapid growth phase throughout more of the fermentation. The advantages of having higher concentrations of more actively growing yeast are faster alcohol production, more efficient sugar conversion and less residual sugars at the end of fermentation. AYF 1070 yeast nutrient has no adverse effects on byproducts and may improve their production and composition by reducing residual sugars. AYF 1070 yeast nutrient does not contain urea and is therefore suitable for beverage alcohol production.
