Start-Up Support

• Ability to offer 2-3 days pre-startup training in addition to standard pre-startup vendor training
• Ability to offer pre-startup training for the Laboratory Manager
• A day-long training session covering yeast, yeast nutrition, antimicrobials, cleaning, and fermentation management
• Coordination with the engineering design group startup team to ensure effective yeast handling Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Development of SOP to maximize yeast propagation and fermentation
• Assistance in developing baseline data to optimize plant performance
