• An agreed number of visits per year by an experienced Lallemand Technical Sales Representative to assist you in fermentation optimization
• Development of baseline analysis
• Identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Support to develop consistent performance across shifts
• Identification of plants individual targets and objectives
• Short term & long term trend analysis
• Investigate potential issues / identification of root causes
• Development of optimization plan
• Monitoring of results, making adjustments to plan to achieve objectives
• Monthly reporting structure after analyzing fermentation performance to show current performance and optimization progress.
• Potential quarterly meetings if required
