Yeast

Yeast is the driving force behind ethanol production. These single celled organisms convert sugars (commonly glucose) into alcohol. There are many types of yeast that are sold. A few examples are Active Instant Dry Yeast, Wet Cake Yeast, and Stabilized Liquid Yeast.
