Lallemand Ethanol Technology supplies fermentation ingredients to fuel ethanol, distilled beverage, and industrial alcohol producers. The company was formed in 2004 with the acquisition and integration of regional alcohol and distilling activities into a new global business unit. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Lallemand Ethanol Technology has research facilities in Montréal, Quebec.

Sales and service in the U.S., Canada, and Europe are provided by a team of dedicated technical sales representatives. Other regions are served through a network of agents and distributors and are supported by Lallemand Ethanol Technology’s technical service team. Distribution to craft distilleries is handled by White Labs.

Ethanol Technology Institute carries on a tradition of industry education that began in 1980. It presents The Alcohol School and The Operators’ School and publishes The Alcohol Textbook and Alcohol Times newsletter.
