Lallemand produces active dry yeast, fresh yeast and yeast nutrient ingredients at its fourteen yeast plants in North America and Europe. Active dry yeast is distributed through Lallemand Ethanol Technology’s warehouse in Milwaukee. Fresh yeast is shipped, refrigerated and distributed through local cold storage warehouses. Lallemand Ethanol Technology blends and packages its antimicrobials and yeast nutrients at contract facilities in the U.S. and distributes them from its Milwaukee warehouse.
